On the 24 /11/2023 Sunday at between 3pm to 3:30pm western Mazda Blactown 106 Sunnyholt rd Blacktown I went with my family to purchase new car from the yard we faced the worst time in my life in the first place as soon as I enter the car yard one of the sale person came with very bad mood anyway as we entered the show room I did ask for another person to help me anyways I found another person he came just for the weekend from Melburn and he went through for few cars and he found a car witch we liked but when I found out the car was diesel not petrol anyway we rejected and we ask for petrol one after a long discussion and he was try to reduce the price and he try to give us the same price after when I contacted one of my friend that he was working at Mazda in north parramatt the price difference between diesel and patrol was $3000 to $4000 any way I ask the manager if we purchase a higher model that he took us outside the car yard and he showed us a Mazda CX-5 AWD SKYACTIVE TURBO and we agreed to purchase the car as saw outside the yard the manager ask us to go with finance manager to finalise and sign the paperwork the finance told me the delivery will be on the mid November 2023 I did receive call last 2 weeks ago from Chris from finance he said the car is ready to pick up after two weeks waiting we went last Friday on the 27/10/2023 around 3:40pm after 10min waiting the finance person ask us to go downstairs and see the car and give us the car key as we went downstairs and trying to take photo with the car Chris removed the bow from the car and he put it on the other car we ask Chris this is our car what he told us no no way this is higher model I did advice Chris this is the car that we order and we agreed the sales price on that day was $55980 and we ask the manager to reduce the price make it for $48000 after long talk about the price finally he agreed and we give a deposit of $1000 when we went to show room to pick up the car unfortunately he didn’t give us the car that we agreed and he refused to give us the deposit I will ask everyone to make sure watch out this car yard what they purchase I will take this matter feature to fair trading and also I involve my Lowyer .

Poor experience. Negotiation is a part of the process, but the dealership can get personal and behave rudely. Thanks, but no thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Edit - Response to Dealer's comment: I appreciate you coming out and for the record there was no garage fitment trial, however as I mentioned over the phone, price disagreement was not as big a deal as the behaviour we experienced. I respect the price disagreement and understand that we couldn't conduct the business, it is the way the discussion were handled (rude behaviour) that drove us away from you. You could have still earned the service component - which is now ruled out. Politeness can go a long way my friend.

The website is the worst, trying to find a new mazda or a demo but it kept bringing up used vehicles in every make.
Use to get my CX5 serviced there but that stopped due not being opened Saturday's and rude staff...
My dealings with Eren was just professional and very pleasing. I did not expect this from a car dealer. Eren handled the sale process so well and made the process so enjoyable. He called us and updated us on the progress of the delivery. 5 starts to Eren.
We've bought a brand new 2023 Cx-5 from here. Harley Haber was fantastic. He patiently answered all our queries. From the time we walked-in to enquire about the car till delivery, Harley was easy to reach-out and discuss. He understood the anxiousness of the buyer and promptly responded to all our questions. The other staff were great too, to discuss accessories, not being pushy at all. Thank you Harley and Blacktown Mazda team, it was a good experience for us!
We met John (Cihan Yildirim) when we were looking for buying a new Mazda CX5. John was very patient and calm during test drives.
He also explained the feature difference in the models we were looking for and how much they are worth. His advice was always friendly and nowhere we found the push like a salesperson. He never pushed us to close the deal. In fact always supportive on our decision for looking for options. Very quick on process once we finalised the deal. He constantly kept us updated for the progress while we were waiting for the car and delivered it as committed.
The way he explained new car feature which handover, hats off. He took full time to explain each and every basic feature.
We are very happy/satisfied in this car purchase journey with John

I am not going to buyBrand new Mazda from West end Mazda and i am not going to buy any car from West End Mazda Blacktown.
First of all they are very expensive then other Mazda and another thing ia you only get good customer service till you sign the contract and pay the deposit.
At the end
I recieve incomplete floor mats.
